Become a leading Tesla Cybercab fleet operator in our core markets.
Prime Auto Vegas and 247 Auto Rent are established automotive and mobility operators with years of hands-on experience across three high-growth Southwest markets: Las Vegas, San Diego, and Phoenix. We are seeking strategic investment to become a leading Tesla Cybercab fleet operator and autonomous mobility partner in these markets.
Tesla is actively soliciting fleet buyers and mobility infrastructure partners for Cybercab—its purpose-built, steering-wheel-free robotaxi designed for high-utilization autonomous ride-hailing. With Cybercab production ramping and robotaxi service expanding (including planned presence in Las Vegas and Phoenix), the window to secure preferred operator status in our core markets is open now.
The opportunity
We will deploy and operate Cybercab fleets, leverage our existing 24/7 rental infrastructure, airport-adjacent locations, vehicle operations expertise, and multi-city footprint to deliver high-utilization autonomous mobility services. Our model combines:
- Fleet acquisition and operation of Tesla Cybercabs
- Integration with Tesla’s robotaxi network and potential independent or hybrid service models
- Mobility hub and charging/support infrastructure in our existing facilities
- Synergies with our current used-vehicle sales and traditional rental businesses
Why us
Unlike pure-play startups or capital-only investors, we bring operational readiness today:
- Proven multi-market presence in San Diego, Las Vegas, and Phoenix
- 24/7 vehicle operations model with confirmed reservation pick-up/drop-off near major airports
- Deep automotive retail and fleet management experience (sales, inspection, maintenance coordination, customer service)
- Existing customer base, brand recognition, and physical locations ready to support autonomous fleets
- Local market knowledge and relationships that accelerate regulatory, insurance, and operational ramp
The ask. We are raising capital to fund initial Cybercab fleet acquisition, supporting infrastructure (charging, cleaning, remote support), technology integration, and working capital for rapid scale across our three markets. Detailed use of funds and projected returns are shared under NDA.

Combined, the two businesses give us end-to-end automotive expertise: retail sales, fleet operations, customer acquisition, vehicle lifecycle management, and multi-city logistics.
Three high-volume destinations.
Strong ride-hailing demand, airport traffic, and growing openness to autonomous mobility.
Las Vegas
Major convention, entertainment, and tourist hub; Tesla has indicated robotaxi expansion interest.
Phoenix
Large metro with significant airport volume; already on Tesla’s near-term expansion radar.
San Diego
Coastal tourism, military, biotech, and cross-border traffic; strong rental demand.
Cybercab & robotaxi.
The autonomous ride-hailing (robotaxi) market is widely projected to become a multi-trillion-dollar global opportunity over the next decade. Tesla is positioning Cybercab as a low-cost, purpose-built vehicle optimized for autonomy—targeting significantly lower per-vehicle cost than multi-sensor competitors and enabling high-margin fleet economics at scale.
Tesla’s current trajectory
- Robotaxi service already live in multiple Texas cities with unsupervised operations expanding
- Cybercab entering production with volume ramp targeted; purpose-built design (no steering wheel/pedals) for pure autonomy
- Tesla actively collecting interest from fleet buyers and mobility infrastructure partners via official forms
- Expansion markets under consideration include Phoenix, Las Vegas, and other high-demand metros
- Multiple revenue paths for partners: vehicle purchase + network participation, mobility hubs, infrastructure services, and potential software/network fees
Why fleet operators matter
Tesla is signaling openness to outside fleet ownership and operation rather than solely owning every vehicle. Experienced mobility operators can purchase and deploy Cybercab fleets at scale; provide local operations (cleaning, charging, minor maintenance, remote monitoring); build or host mobility hubs; and deliver high utilization and customer experience locally.
By focusing first on San Diego, Las Vegas, and Phoenix—markets we already know and operate in—we can achieve faster regulatory navigation, lower customer-acquisition friction, and higher early utilization than a greenfield entrant. Airport-adjacent demand, tourism peaks, and existing brand awareness give us a structural utilization advantage.
Operational excellence, local density, and speed.
Success in robotaxi fleet operations will be determined less by pure capital and more by operational excellence, local density, and speed of execution.
1. Multi-market operational footprint
We already run vehicle operations in three of the Southwest’s most attractive robotaxi markets—with physical locations adaptable for staging, cleaning, and charging; local teams familiar with airport logistics; and the ability to sequence expansion using lessons from the first city.
2. 24/7 vehicle operations DNA
247 Auto Rent’s model is built around 24/7 availability for confirmed reservations. Our culture, systems, and customer communication are already oriented toward high-availability mobility—exactly what a Cybercab fleet requires.
3. Automotive lifecycle expertise
Through Prime Auto Vegas and 247 Auto Rent we cover acquisition, inspection, presentation, utilization, cleaning cycles, damage management, insurance/claims, and residual optimization.
4–5. Trust + capital efficiency
Thousands of existing renters and buyers reduce CAC. Because we control the operational backbone, incremental capital primarily funds vehicles and targeted infrastructure—not building a company from zero.
Primary model: Cybercab fleet operator
We will acquire Tesla Cybercabs and operate them as a high-utilization robotaxi fleet in our three markets. Revenue streams include:
Operations, synergies & team
Synergies with existing businesses
- Traditional rentals continue to serve customers who prefer human-driven or specialty vehicles while Cybercab captures high-frequency, short-to-medium trips
- Prime Auto Vegas locations serve as physical mobility hubs, customer service points, and potential vehicle staging/charging sites
- Shared overhead (management, customer service, facilities) improves margins across the portfolio
Fleet operations
We will adapt our existing 24/7 rental operating model for autonomous vehicles: centralized or distributed staging at our current and expanded locations; daily/shift cleaning and inspection protocols optimized for high turnaround; charging infrastructure deployment (Level 2 and DC fast as required); remote monitoring and incident response coordination with Tesla systems; and insurance, compliance, and regulatory liaison in each market.
Technology & integration
We will integrate with Tesla’s fleet management and robotaxi platform tools as made available to approved operators. Parallel internal systems will track utilization, cost per mile, cleaning cycles, and customer feedback to continuously improve unit economics.
Team
Existing leadership and operational staff form the core. Investment capital will fund additional specialized roles (fleet autonomy operations, charging infrastructure management, data/analytics) as the Cybercab fleet scales. We prioritize local hiring and training to maintain service quality and community relationships.
Indicative use of funds
Detailed financial models will be shared under NDA with serious investors. Capital will be allocated approximately as follows (subject to final raise size and Tesla commercial terms):
Growth equity + strategic partners
- Growth equity to fund Cybercab fleet acquisition and supporting infrastructure
- Strategic partners who can accelerate Tesla relationship, insurance, or technology access
- Investors aligned with a multi-year build of a leading Southwest autonomous mobility platform
Tesla is opening the door to fleet partners while Cybercab production is ramping and robotaxi geography is expanding. Operators who secure early allocation and prove reliable performance in key markets will be best positioned for preferred status and scale. Our existing footprint in Las Vegas, Phoenix, and San Diego places us at the front of that line.
- Regulatory / permitting delays — Mitigant: Local presence and relationships; phased market entry; close coordination with Tesla and authorities.
- Utilization below plan — Mitigant: Airport-centric demand, tourism density, cross-promotion from existing rental brand, conservative initial assumptions.
- Technology or network terms changes — Mitigant: Diversified revenue (still operating traditional rentals/sales); flexibility to adapt service models.
- Capital intensity — Mitigant: Staged deployment; shared infrastructure; focus on high-ROI markets first.
